    It's possible that they've relaxed the crashing TCR, but once upon a time yes any crash during submission was grounds for failure. If your QA team couldn't reproduce the crash with the info provided by the submission testers, you just resubmitted and hoped the crash didn't happen again.

    Seen all sorts of different variations of why she supposedly wasn't in MIB2, but she was also already 39 by the time of MIB and would have been 44 in MIB2. Her career got off to a very late start and I wouldn't be surprised if her age held her back just as much as anything else.
