Random tip for the distant future, don't fuse all your Hayates. While his 6* is pretty shitty, it does gain reduce encounters which is very handy when you start stacking it with other Hayates/charm bangles/diabolos

Actually it's not quite as bad as you think. They just recently buffed DH and then released two really strong DH tms with the Cloud banner. Those are the stats it takes for DH to compete with DW, 1600 DH is about equivalent to 1200 DW. Which is still perfectly whaled out TMs in every slot, but...

For heavy elemental damage fights it can be better to just ditch any espers who give you negative resist to something the boss uses. I did this for the IS raid over on JP and my clears of the highest difficulty went from a bit of a struggle to mostly a cakewalk.
