So there's a bug with infernal hordes for loot drops tied to.warplan nodes. I just did it and it works. You have to get the chaos wave that spawns the lords, and then if lucky, pick any changes to get fiends to spawn as lords.

I did this with a warlock during the whisper event and tossed a ton of caches over to him, and had him leveled in no time. I've been shuttling random boxes of stuff that aren't a possible upgrade for my paladin over to that character so he gets some class specific units and gear to start...

The whisper event right now is great. I've been hitting nightmares, helltides, and whatever to get the caches. I'll throw anything that's not a legendary cache to my alts for leveling. I'd imagine a handful of those will level you off in no time.

That's what I've been doing anytime I get a regular one and not a legendary cache. I'll pitch it to another character. It's part of the reason I haven't finished the campaign quite yet because this whisper event started and I've just been running stuff to get those.
