Make sure you have friends to play with or a guild, you cannot run around those zones solo and survive. Even as a tanky elementalist it's almost instant death with some mobs.

Ribs turned out much better this time but I still need to work on perfecting them. I ended up doing 1.5-1-1 and they were really good, the meat was still a little tough so maybe I need to go to 2 hours on the second step. I think I might try again next weekend.
