Non gathering professions are stuuupidly easy to powerlevel now, so it's not a huge deal to drop a gathering profession and grind up a different one in ~20 minutes if you already have the ore/herbs/leather etc.. or pay like 500g - 1000g.

Saturday needs it's own set of tanks/healers, once that is established it should be pretty easy to keep a weekly normal raid going on the weekend. We'll see how long these guys raiding 4 or 5 nights a week will actually last before they burnout anyway, in typical rerolled fashion
