    Yeah, I'm using a PS4 controller now as my main PC pad. With DS4windows it's far superior to the Xbox pad. The Steam controller is more of a curiosity than anything.

    They also show in Costco by me, but I don't have a membership. Yeah, if they're good, I'll make a lot more tacos/fajitas, etc. I've done fresh flour tortillas, but it was really just to try it. Too much of a pain in the ass to be a frequent thing.

    8 hour marinade and a minute on the grill each side and it comes out perfect every time; never tough. You gotta' slice it against the grain, though. It's one of my favorite cuts, but the pricing has gone pretty high on it the last couple years.

    I always grill skirt steaks after a good marinade. Haven't done them in the sous vide.
