my wizard has ~160ish paper DPS now, but he also has almsot +45% lightning damage from storm crow + triumvirate and bracer. I wish they were cold damage though

I think it's only on the initial playthrough, i got one on my fresh wizard on every bossy + SK, then on my 2nd playthrough i didnt get any on any bosses except for SK and i think the butcher.. but nobody else. I didn't hit 60 until right before azmodan on the 2nd playthrough as well

That would defeat the purpose of the ladder. They will push all ladder characters to non ladder, and add the accumulated paragon exp from the now non-ladder characters together. Reset the new ladder paragon level to 0 and then begin the new season like that.

It's not scary at all now, hardcore in 2.0 is incredibly easy even if you start on expert. Master might be scary though
