Playing Eq2 since launch I agree about Kunark. (My favorite expac) Being biased, I enjoy Eq2 combat system...although it can be cluttered at times and confusing. I think the HO system was a good idea in principal, but never really worked well.

Fixed number, but with a range of possibilities. (Skill comes in the setup and execution)

Is there a target demographic this game is looking at? 25-45 age 15-25 hours playtime per week? etc?

Not to keep bringing up "Star Citizen" again... They are doing ALOT of things right (At least website, communication and money raising wise) I like the idea of listening to the investors first (the people that spend money this early in a game are the ones that will tend to stick with it 10...

You don't think Star Citizen changed the game? (36 million and counting on basically reputation of its creator) Edit: meaning, it is possible now to raise millions + based on "name" and "reputation"...no longer needing large investors.

I am betting if they had gone Kickstarter from the beginning..assuming they had that option...Copernicus could have raised "Star Citizen" kind of money.

Interesting point... they seemed to be a year late on that. If you went back before the RI investment.. I wonder how much they could have raised?
