That's a fantastic idea. I do know people who want lots to build on. And if they do the legwork for me, I'll even give them kick backs. There's nothing I hate more than dealing with bureaucracy.

I have a Nest at home and am very happy with it. No complaints at all. An alternative is the Emerson Sensi thermostats. I have them in all the rental properties I have. I can pair all the thermostats and make schedules that control them all. They're not expensive, and they're pretty great.
