When I woke up early to debate Lynch or Kamara to start...and I left Lynch in. That's okay, I think Kamara is just going to keep getting a bigger and bigger role in Saints' offense going forward. Also wtf Saints' D with a shutout.

Well. Bears got away with one there.

Hope Packers just hand it off and kill the game. Rodgers doesn't need any more points.

Well, not the dagger to Nelson I expected, but it counts.

NFL 2017-18: Watch athletes destroy their brains

Romo crazy? They're still going to kick a FG so you can just stop them and save the timeout. Fuck that don't give Rodgers a free 1st down.

Aaaaand the missed FG kills all momentum. Incoming Rodgers to Nelson dagger.

Pretty nice play for the TD at least. Slight glimmer of hope we can have a game if Bears can come out and get points to start 2nd half.

Terrible clock management. I guess this drive will keep Glennon in after half, though.

I'm not ready to be completely sold on the D yet. Don't get me wrong, I was expecting it to be better, but we were ranked in the mid 20's last year with (I believe) the worst 3rd down % in the league. Week 1 against the Eagles the run D looked better, but the 3rd down struggles were still...

NFL 2017-18: Watch athletes destroy their brains

Believe me I'm expecting a come back to earth game Monday night. After losing to the Eagles I knew we'd have to find a way to beat Rams and split the games against Oak and KC. Obviously playing at home against Oakland was a much better chance at a win than going to KC. My one hope is that...

Also dominated the Jets just like everyone would expect. Maybe they had an off night against us, but I expect them to be near top of the AFC going forward.

NFL 2017-18: Watch athletes destroy their brains

I love how people are shocked ratings were up for last night's game. Cowboys are league's biggest ratings draw. MNF in general up over last year so far, although they've actually had decent games so far compared to some of the garbage Monday night has had in recent years. Since they started...

NFL 2017-18: Watch athletes destroy their brains

I can see trying to score the TD first. B/c if you miss the 2 point conversion, suddenly a FG isn't enough. So if you kick the field goal then say recover the onside kick and score...if you miss the 2 point conversion you're basically fucked there. If you score quickly with over a minute...

NFL 2017-18: Watch athletes destroy their brains

Right? Should be no play that wasn't quick throws into the end zone. Or just kick a FG and try for TD+2 after onside.

So on that "best division" talk from after Week 1, NFC Beast was 3-1 this week only loss was Giants to the Eagles. 3 divisions have 3 out of 4 teams over .500: AFC West, NFC North, NFC East (although Tampa and Miami only played 2 games each).

Yeah...I'm just wondering how they were anywhere near the running for worst in the league. Browns, Bengals pretty much cover that list.
