    i may be late to the party but just wanted to point out this is absolutely wrong. While PoE will drop enchantments on gear up to your level, it more often be of a lower tier. As well as the fact you can find rares of any type, even low level weapons and armor, in maps.

    that may have worked back in EQ but now populations are big enough that every time a world boss spawns, players zerg it, everyone is at 1 fps and starts clipping everything usually including the boss they are trying to fight.

    from spamming my 0, ive come to the conclusion that it saves the state of your account every 15 minutes. So if you fail to get in, it will skip to that error message whenever you try to login and you wont have a legit new attempt until 15 minutes have passed.
