Newb questions. I've got 3.2 billion artifact power now (LOL), and I clicked clicked on the trait for a flat 5% increase to damage. It opened up another circle of 4 artifact traits but I can't click on any of this stuff. Or rather it doesn't do anything. What's happening here?
