This is terrible man. I've seen on a documentary sometime ago that people who do that wreck their diets right there, not on the main course. Try switching from high carb food to high protein/fat. Fat helps controlling the appetite better while carbs get you hooked.

Not even close to that. Not that much skin and fat and at least it only folds horizontally and mostly above bellybutton not below. But good to know there are non invasive alternatives in case I need.

Was about time I bought me a new LG 32" Led HDTV (for videogames mostly). I don't know why but I like LG electronics. It's thin, light and looks amazing! Also, while the old LCD screen got hot like hell this LED one stays cool, which is nice!
