If anything, it will make your CPU overclock more stable. Here's some super smart dude from AMD getting into the nuts and bolts. TLDR at 18:00 minutes, first thing he'd do is set SoC to 1.1v after trying XMP. Going from 2133 to 2933 will be a big bump in overall performance.

Are you stuck at 2400mhz on the Ram? You could try bumping the SOC voltage to 1.1v and then try the XMP settings for your ram. The SOC voltage is the secret sauce to getting "over clocked" ram up to speed.

This day and age, you can pretty much use the GPU's recommended power supply. GTX 1080 ti recommends a 600w. Go a level up to a 750 and sleep soundly.
