They might run into the same problem with the current crafter/gatherer relics, which have effects that seriously buff them to be more powerful than their ilvl or stats alone.

US fast food chains are always at their worst in America. American KFC made me want to throw up.

There are quite a few places that offer a decent burger, one off shops. Madburger and Fire House spring to mind, but I'd still choose Shake Shack over them. Kua Aina is also pretty big here too. You'll pay out the nose for all of these though.
