Since WoW Forever is being built upon the Retail client, they can absolutely create MASSIVE underground zones/areas. They already did this a couple times in Retail and I see no reason why they wouldn't be able to do the same again in Forever.

The Retail devs scrapped it because by the time they started down that path, they had conditioned the playerbase to expect 20% power gains each expansion. If they had STARTED down that road, it would be a different expectation. The amount DOOMER you are tied to is just fucking idiotic.

I feel good about clearing Gnomer before the first nerf bat hit the last boss encounter. As long as there are things to do, they show up and wipes don't bother us. In fact, they seem to drive us. Tackling hard content is what makes these games fun and pounding your head against a wall until...
