Telestrations is a great choice, goes up to 12. Play it with CaH cards if you want extra laughs and penis drawings.

Unusual suspects was good. Like racial profiling version of guess who. Captain sonar, only does 8 but is fast and fun and you could get two copies!

Not Board games but when we do game night with lots of people we tend to play Jackbox games on the console. Games like Fibbage, Quiplash, and YDKJ are always fun with a crowd.

The resistance goes up to 10 people, its easy to explain and gets people involved too.

Secret Hitler is fun to play with people drunk up to 10 people.

Doesn't take long really but it sparks lots of conversations.

Camel Up goes to like 8 and is pretty fun and I had a chance to play with it's expansion which lengthens the game a little bit and allows for 10 players and think makes the game even better.

If you think yelling at inanimate wooden camels to get off their lazy fucking asses and get back in the race so your bet pays out would be fun for your group, I highly recommend Camel Up as a party and drinking game.
