Forgot about this one. It's been available on VOD and torrents for a while. If it doesn't show up in a torrent search, try the original title "11 no Zokugun". It's also available in select non US regions on Netflix.

I watched it awhile back and didn't even bother to finish it. Something about it just didn't do it for me. Sorry for not being more specific.
