EST is the worst US time zone to watch primetime football. It's almost midnight by the time the game ends. I live in CST and the game ending at 10:30 let's me watch a few highlights and do stuff to wind down before bed without becoming a zombie. Mountain time is alright too, but pacific time runs into the end of the day with the game starting around 5:30.
