It's pretty hard not to like Detroit. The team plays hard. I can't think of any high salary guys on that team, so they will soon be able to make a free agent splash when ready. If any super star wants to go to the Pistons that is.
As a lifelong Pacers fan, I’m obligated to hate the pistons. The Malice at the Palace was a sham, fuck Detroit.

Oh! So how are the Pacers taking the Haliburton injury. Here in Boston, Tatum going down at first sucked obviously, but now? Peeps are low key knowing with the second apron being a bitch, knew the Celtics had to shed major contracts regardless. Knowing we weren't getting past anyone without Tatum anyway, makes moving Porzingis and Holiday great! Porzingis I always thought was no problem to move...but Holiday's age, production and contract?

I am REALLY interested in a Derrick White as the number two option looks.

Not well. If they lost a clean game 7 I think they resign Turner and run it back. Now everything next season means getting ready for 26-27. Extensions are due to a few players who we won’t be able to keep. The Simon family are notoriously cheap with the luxury tax. I think even without Haliburton, we end up as the 4-6 seed. The entire year should be spent developing Mathurin and Walker.

Worst part is, I believe they would’ve easily won that game if Haliburton didn’t get injured. He was hitting deep 3s early which would’ve completely opened the offense.

Did a white guy really just get drafted #1 overall in the NBA draft? This is a sign of the apocalypse, right?

He's 18, did he even fucking go to college?

Aaah the corrupt NBA...

The LA Clippers reportedly have been accused of circumventing the NBA's salary cap by paying $28 million to Kawhi Leonard for a "no-show job."
Pablo Torre, a podcaster and former ESPN contributor, reported Wednesday that the Clippers paid Leonard through a now-bankrupt company owned by Clippers owner Steve Ballmer.
Citing legal documents purportedly involving the tree-planting service Aspiration, Torre reported that Ballmer paid Leonard without requiring the Clippers star to do any marketing or endorsements for the company.
An unnamed employee who purportedly worked for Aspiration told Torre that the payment to Leonard "was to circumvent the salary cap."
