I agree about the season dragging out to long, which next years game is January 25th

Pretty great second half. Seasons too long and playoffs too many teams

Imagine having a quarterback that is not even taking classes at your college. Now imagine that you just lost using that same 6 year quarterback.
Now imagine you turned away a walk-on from your own city and that walk-on carries the opposition to an undefeated season and the first National Championship for that college.
That just happened. Congratz to Indiana. They showed they were the best team in the nation.

The ONLY reason I can think to do this, is because of the sheer amount of teams in Division 1 Football? How many is that 136?Haha, buckle up then because the Big10 is not on board with the SEC's 16 team playoff format. Instead they want it to go to TWENTY FUCKING FOUR. I have no idea who even thought that was on the table, but the dumb fucking Big10 is adamant about it.
There may be 136 teams in Div 1, but there aren't 136 teams that should ever be playing for a national championship. The entire G5 should have their own playoff and leave the national title to teams who can actually deserve it.The ONLY reason I can think to do this, is because of the sheer amount of teams in Division 1 Football?
