Interesting is Raiders and Bills seem to be looking for Davis Webb to be the guy, Bills cant talk to him until the Bronco's season is over tho.

kinda curious about why he would do that

He probably knew if your 2nd head coaching gig fails to pan out you usually dont get a chance at a 3rd. Hes young, and being an OC for a few years will give him a chance to hone his craft.

The whole contradictory Keon Coleman statements, the owner defending Beane, Beane getting promoted and McDermott taking the fall makes the job precarious at best. Yeah you have Josh Allen but there are holes on the team and there is immense pressure to succeed.

I wouldn't want the Ravens OC job, because Lamar runs that org until he's off the team / off their books, and the OC / HC will get the blame until then.

I wouldn't want the Browns job, because they still have to pay the Deshaun tax for years and the org is a mess.

I wouldn't want the Raiders job, even if the QB turns out well, you don't have much around him and Tom Brady will be second-guessing / overruling everything you do.

I wouldn't want the Bills job, the roster isn't that great and their leadership effectively expects to be a #1 seed. Also Allen's injury luck is bound to run out one of these seasons, at which point the team has nothing.

I'm not sure I want the Cardinals job, its a vicious division and most of the offensive side of the team could be cut without repercussions.
