This. The Rams D was doing their job and if he takes the fucking points he gets another possession to try and win it. Going for 2 earlier is eh since there is so much time left and you don't have a feel for the Roidhawks offensive rhythm at that point and they were shutting down the run hard. Stafford suddenly deciding he wants to try to be a running QB was very odd, too. Officiating in this game as terrible in both directions all over the place, so that is a wash. The muffed punt really was the entire difference in this game, overall.
That and the four guys with proton packs, old priest, and young priest they kept around Sam Darnold on the sidelines all game. The way he was getting Blitzed, that game could have gone a lot worse for him. Dude must have thought he was playing for the Jets again. But he played a good game, which speaks more to the shit orgs in Minnesota and Jersey more than anything else. Roidhawks are a well coached team and will likely assrape the Evil Empire in two weeks. Pats having to face two actual top tier Defenses the past two weeks kind of exposes how easy they had it all year. Stroud had to cough it up five fucking times for them to take that game over and if Peyton is not a retard and takes the fucking FG in the first half, they probably lose that game to Stidham. The Seattle D is straight up going to destroy them. The Rams D would have too. At least I will get to make fun of all two Vikings Fans I know for a year......
