In the modern NFL maybe he doesn't take the elbow injury during the 91 preseason that led to Young getting his job and just in general would have been a lot less banged up. He retired at 39, Brady was able to play until 45 and probably could have put in another quality year if the Bucs didn't suddenly end up with one of the worst coaches in the league.

Can you imagine what Montana would have been like if you couldn't touch him in the pocket? Or lay a HAND on Jerry Rice??
How about not being able to TOUCH Elway until he broke out of the pocket?

Man, what I wouldn't give to have seen that.
or if Steve Young had sat his faggot Mormon ass on the bench where he belonged?

The question for the Dolphins being how much of this is to make room for new hires for the new GM / coaches, giving them cap space to eat a trade / release of Tua, or both.

How much economic incentive is there for the jets to win? Can the team ever get shitty enough that they're losing money? Wendy's can lose money, that's why they will rebuild.
