Exclusive | Puka Nacua makes shocking claims about bite accuser in lawsuit answer

Puka Nacua made some surprising allegations against his bite accuser, Madison Atiabi, in a new court filing the Rams star submitted on Tuesday.

The documents, obtained by The California Post on Wednesday, were an answer to the lawsuit that alleged he bit the woman on New Year’s Eve.

Attorneys for Nacua wrote that Atiabi’s “intoxication, aggressive behavior, and/or escalation, was a substantial factor in causing the alleged injuries” she sustained when the NFL wide receiver sunk his teeth into her shoulder during a Dec. 31, 2025 night out in Los Angeles.

“Any recovery must be reduced accordingly,” the lawyers added.

She claimed at a dinner, he offended her by stating, “Fuck all the Jews.”
