So absolutely tragic it is...

LAPD sources confirmed to ABC News that Clarke was found dead from a possible drug overdose Monday in a home located in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley. Narcotics were found at the scene, and there was no evidence of foul play, sources told ABC News.

Was at game last night - Chet is a pussy, ducked Wemby all night. Last MVP to be subbed off with game on the line? Jdub was good but a little out of shape still, Caruso immense - would have been blowout without Caruso. Wemby though, is literally an alien. Never seen anything like it. In person, he looks 8' tall. When he hit that pull up logo 3 everyone around me gasped. Literally gasped. Crazy to see. Should be a good series - Ajay, SGA and Chet were all pretty shit so they should turn it around. SA still without their second best player too but a lot of Spurs played practically the entire game so fitness will be interesting, especially for Wemby. Was interesting watching last night with two of the 4 mvp candidates sharing a court on a big stage, and one looked every bit the MVP while the back to back (rofl) MVP looked like a role player. If SGA isn't foul baiting and hitting 70% from 3 feet wtf does he even do all game. He's a shit passer, average rebounding pg and doesn't play D. Think SA is the perfect foil for OKC and their elite perimeter players bc Wemby takes up so much space in the lane. Should be an all timer series.

I don't think Fox is the Spurs second best player at this point. Its Castle, and Harper is quickly threatening to jump into that second spot. Castle's poster on SGA was Sick, was fouled too. That was an all-timer game for sure. These teams were must watch against each other during the regular season even, and this game was that much better. Spurs future looks terrifying if Wemby stays healthy.

Last night was too much, legendary. The logo 3 to tie it in OT1 was literally almost from the same spot on the OKC floor Steph hit the "Bang, Bang!" shot from. They needed Mike Breen there to announce that because the reaction Reggie and the other guy gave wasn't enough - for him to hit that shot, in that situation, was ridiculous.

Then in OT he gets the unguardable lob dunk followed immediately by the Bill Russel-like block hitting the ball straight into the ground and recovering it almost in one motion. Back to back plays to basically shut the door.

Hope Fox is back soon, he's a big miss as primary ball handler and let Castle play off a bit more. Interesting series so far, first time in a while it feels like two teams that genuinely don't like each other going at it.

Not that I disagree with their take. I totally agree with it, but ESPN really wants Wemby vs the Knicks.

The NBA is a joke organization and league, but the most egregious thing they ever did is change the definition of flagrant fouls and remove intentional fouls.

The Spurs have repeatedly had their players lower their shoulder and football tackle the opposing team's best players and each time it is reviewed they determine it is not flagrant because of the lack of "wind up" and "follow through" (and because NBA refs are boot licking faggots). There is no more ridiculous thing to watch then a basketball player intentionally football tackle another player away from the ball and have the refs hand wave it away.

Edit: lol, and the faggot refs immediately follow it up by calling a flagrant foul against New York for "recklessly closing in" on a three point shooter but not actually fouling him. Holy fucking shit the NBA is unwatchable.

The FT disparity was 22 FTs for the Spurs to 5 for the Knicks in the 2nd half. I don't know what it finished with because I shut it off, but it's clear the NBA wants this to go as long as possible for the ad revenue.

It's no wonder I quit watching this bullshit after the Kings/Lakers game, but my wife is a Knicks fan so I've had to begrudgingly watch the playoffs.
