That’s exactly what it feels like watching that Dallas defense, it feels like a lot of games the opposing team could make the punter inactive and it would have zero impact on the outcome of the game.

Yeah, it always cracks me up when Dorito dust fingers try and claim that an NFL player is "soft", when they probably couldn't even sprint from the fridge to the couch without blowing an artery, let alone survive a Linebacker barreling down on them at 4.6/40 speed.

I’m not defending getting an nfl hit, but that man wasn’t hit don’t make me pull the video up, it was a complete no contact play that made him cry out like that and then we find out it’s not really that serious? I’m calling bullshit on the reports he might play, he either over sold that or they are trying to undersell it to gain an advantage.

True, the safety guy for the GC on one of my jobsites was an ex kicker for buffalo and he and to duck and turn sideways to fit in a standard door.

The dude was fragile. As basic as that whole trip and fall was, it was obviously only a matter of when it would happen again. He was never going to last an entire season. Most of what he was doing well was with or because of his scrambles which means he was going to take some hits eventually. But take heart my grieving rival, Mariota is a better QB. I'm not saying he's a great QB but he's better than jayden and is definitely more durable.

Mariota isn't even close to being on Daniels level. Come on man. More durable is debatable I guess. He sprained his MCL in the 1st preseason game this year.

I get the talk about him, but he's barely lighter than other starters in the league today. Weird stuff happens. Skatt's and Tyreek's legs last year, etc. Now, the fact he didn't get stabilization surgery on it last year after he was shut down just means it absolutely would have come out much easier and likely would have happened. I have no idea how effective braces are for preventing that sort of stuff (it is his non throwing arm after all), but at least be out there wearing one. Either way, I think if he wants to seriously consider being a long term QB he needs to get the surgery to try and stabilize it. But at this point, tank for the #1 pick. We aren't doing shit with Mariota.
