I think there are a lot of bad teams that will end up with losing records, but very few doormats. Though a Titans with a banged up offensive line would rank towards the top.

Speaking of which, given how bad the Dolphins roster is, I am not surprised they completely collapse when their exhausted questionable starters get rotated out for terrible backups.
