Most video content is worthless but for some reason almost every AI video is hilarious.

WTF is up with twitter videos though? Why is there no CC option? That should be default on in all video, here I can't even find how to turn it on

Most if not all ai slop that I come across on X are cross posted from TikTok content, unsure if the poster is able to add CC to reposted links from that platform. I will never TikTok, but maybe someone else that finds these things funny can post direct links with CC enabled.
I know those that upload their slop to X directly use CC, usually. Those accounts usually post longer than 2 min vids every other week, so check back from time to time.
