Also funny that they didn't notice the Murder House characters looking identical to their own.

EDIT: Also, what's the dealio? I thought there was a nuclear apocalypse yet Murder House location was bright and sunny with an operational real-estate agency.

These things are all one big flashback to before the bomb. At the end of the one episode, the witches show up and are about to battle young mr. fabio anti-christ, then everything since then has been pre-bomb.

Yeah but if you're going to do fan service this is a pretty great way to do it. Season has been great and they've pulled from the strongest past seasons also.

Anyone know if Emma Roberts is available? Asking for a friend.

so wife wanted to watch this show cus october. so we watched season 1 this week.

What the ever living shit "the shot was a through shot. i don't need a bandage?!" what the literal shit? wasn't he shot in the gut? was that writer on crack? the whole scene would have worked with "she nearly shot me and nearly hit but boy am i glad she missed". jesus California, do your writers not know how internal organs work?

and I'm sure I'm not even scratching the surface of the plotholes but....the maid wanted her body found so it could be carried off and presumably buried properly and she could presumably go to the afterlife or at least visit other places. but the dumb actor boyfriend guy's body WAS hauled off...and he's trapped there anyway?

Oh, I don't have a problem with the giant flashback, was just answering the previous poster asking why there is a realtor office and such. Though, for a multiple episode flashback, they probably should add some kind of 'before the bomb..' type of text on screen or notification to remind viewers its all pre-bomb stuff. If someone skipped an episode or missed the end of one, they could be very confused (like ShakyJake ShakyJake was).

Also, it is kind of funny how many characters the actors are having to play to reference two previous seasons. Old Redhead lady has two characters. Hell, Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters have both played THREE characters this season now. In her case, two of her characters looked very similar (witch and medium). For evan, he played his season 1 dude, the hotel owner creep and the hairdresser that died. There's a certain amount of suspension of disbelief the audience will allow, but it is getting a bit silly and likely confusing to casual watchers. Imagine someone not familiar with the show watching and seeing Evan Peters as a different character in 3 consecutive episodes (wait.. I thought he died? Wasn't he just playing cards in the hotel? Why is he a ghost at THIS place too?). Especially since his s1 character wasn't relevant to the story of this season, they just wanted to give him and the girl a closure moment. Considering I didn't watch s1, it meant very little to me. It only makes sense if they are planning for this to be the last season?

can't possibly watch Scream Queens and come out, not loving her.

obviously this and Scream Queens are nearly the same character. I've seen the blackcloaks daughter. A thriller/suspense. A much more subdued character. to the point of being fairly bland.

Also, hairdresser character's mom turned out to be a witch this whole time as well? Or is that supposed to be different character, who was also an actress? I'm really not sure.

I swear, the writing on this show feels like they just wrote it after filming previous episodes. Like, wrote an episode, filmed it, then wrote the next one. So many loose plot threads or mini-retcons seem to happen. It has gotten worse and worse the last few seasons. Despite that, just for the whole magic/witches background, I am still enjoying the show. It just makes me eyeroll sometimes.
