There were quests in tech test 2 that weren’t in live, like movie night. I wouldn’t be shocked if the new quests getting added this month are the missing ones from the tech test. Like there was a quest to get lance’s mix tape, to get a movie reel and projector, etc

Even with max stash size, I need more. Especially if I need to start holding onto the diamond marked items that are usually just to sell for money.

Honestly shocked you can't just buy stash size with their little in game tokens. It's rare these days to find a developer that doesn't exploit every single avenue of profit. And inventory management is a huge pet peeve of mine, so I usually spend $ to get rid of it, or in games like cyberpunk/BG just get mods that get rid of it entirely.

My new hot take with this game is the blueprint system seriously needs a review. I am at 100hrs in the game and I'm doing runs of raider caches, bags, grenade tubes, and security lockers and I have never seen a wolfpack blueprint. Wolfpacks trivialize a number of the 'mini bosses' like the bastion, leaper, rocketeer etc. I am lucky enough that I get a steady supply of them from popping security lockers, but for people that aren't blessed enough by the RNG gods or want to build something other than a full push into the security breach talent, they're doing a lot of the fights with quite a bit more difficulty. I am not saying they're hard per se, but it really makes me look at their ideas of game balance. Simply, its not.

They need to consider a system that lets people with shit RNG eventually overcome that. Either by selling a limited number of wolfpacks per day at the vendor for instance, having an exchange system where trading enough BPs eventually leads to you being able to pick up others, or instituting some form of player trading and market. This is especially important if they are going to be releasing more boss content combined with pushing regular resets via the expeditions. Which, brings me to the question regarding expeditions? I assume we're going to have to redo all the quests again, cause how else are we going to acquire the blueprints tied to quest rewards? Far as I can tell, that is another question that lies unanswered.

Lastly, the reason I use the Wolfpack grenade as an example is it has no pvp utility. It only targets ARCs. So why gate keep it instead of making it available similar to the Hull Breaker?

I am having fun with this game and its scratching the itch that The Cycle:Frontier left when it went EOS, I've gotten my money out of it and then some. But the farther I get peeking under the hood the more concerned I am for the games longevity.

Was watching shroud’s stream. He was on a server that had a bunch of big streamers on it - cheater shows up with aimbot and starts killing everyone. Shroud escapes and runs into another squad that agrees to be his security detail. Eventually multiple squads show up and surround the cheater and the cheater (because they’re no skill dogshit players) doesn’t have enough game sense and gets downed/killed. Was like 10 people celebrating until a rocketeer and unfriendly squad showed up so they mass extracted lol

Maybe wolfpacks should be this games stone of Jordan currency for trading

Also coming to add that the late spawn in mechanic needs review.

I'm now to the point of exploring for puzzles and hidden shit (looking for the underground bunker in spaceport currently.) and spawning in late pretty much means the sortie was pointless. Having half the map time already elapsed and a lot of the high end loot places cleaned makes it more just a chore to get to an extract and maybe check a few things along the way. I remember being annoyed about this when you had to do some of the quests that caused you to cross from one side of the map to another in one go, or ones that required searching which caused you to either use a guide or do multiple runs to get all the items and shit located. FWIW, I am not running free loadout for these either. Cheaper kit, normal green augment and shield with an anvil and heals. Its not free kit so we can dispel the 'free/cheap kit late loadin' thing I've heard some people talk about. I've also gone in completely 100% naked. No shield or augment and gotten put at the beginning.

Anyway. I'd hate to see what happens when you kit out your entire crew to go fight the Queen or some other boss for instance, only to get 2 back to back late deploys that cause you to have the run the gauntlet of pvp'rs to get out and reset. I'd be pissed.

Late spawn can be strategically useful at times

1) easier to do quests or trials
2) people don’t bother going to high loot areas because they assume it was looted, but I’ve made bank. I once came across a locked room someone had opened - they looted like 1 container and apparently left. I got a purple gun and blue prints from the leftovers. This was after joining with 18 minutes left in the match

The bad vastly outweights the times its useful, imo.

Outside in-game pros and cons, the one downside I could see is a increase in matchmaking time. Because if there is some limit where you cant join a game that is say less then 25 minutes into the 30 minute timer, you now need to create more new games.

And not sure how good they are if they could just instead add an option in the game settings, that you yes or no, want to join already in progress games(and dont mind the possible increase in matchmaking times if you choose no).

Matchmaking times would be the biggest concerns - if it takes more than a minute to find a match, even that feels unusually long at the moment. I'll gladly take some late match joins over having to sit in queue for 5 minutes.

Alright, short of having a bunch of emp, surveyors if your on a slope can throw 3 remote mines on them, then crack them off and finish it with one shot from a revolver at least. 3 quick easy parts, just need I think 1 more.

Unironically, what's with in solo ques at least, most of the hostile pvp'rs straight off the back seem to be black? Think that many people cutesy choosing that, I know my british tard friend does. And first few days we picked up a party auto fill that was a cool brother. Rest of the time it's like 3 in 4 people being dicks choose the darkness.

Got a long barrel, +% bullet velocity, new one to me. Nice for sniping far snitches i guess.

Yeah. Seen Volcanic rocks a few times. On the SPaceport night map, w/sw of it (I'll get a more precise location later) there is a door to a bunker and if you go on top the mound you can look down in cause the roof is partly damaged. Haven't figured out how to get inside atm. I /think/ that is part of the hidden bunker quests that they literally just at this moment opened up on Spaceport. I'll report back.

Got to be fucking kidding me. Free run. Find last big turret I need driver for. Loot nearby find a grenade, sneak up blow it up but faggot snitch calls in so I run and hide for 90 seconds, come back. No corpse, can't find it down below either. I think queer physics launched it to the moon.

Ran bunker event. Basically there are 4 satellite dishes in each compass direction. They are on the top of buildings and have a computer console at the base. When you activate one, entire match gets a message that the dish is activated. Once all 4 are activated, the bunker doors open. Bunker entrance is to the southwest, kind of near fuel lines.

Inside is some loot. There is also some type of download puzzle, but I haven't figured it out yet. You activate a computer and an analog modem starts to make dialup connection noises and you can retrieve data, but after like 15 minutes we couldn't figure out what it did. I am assuming you have to do them in a certain order maybe?

Willing to suck a dick for 2 rusted gears. Have my sentinal cores etc, been elusive and pappa wants gunsmith 3
I have 1 rusted gear. Was saving it for my friend but I think he's moved to another game.

As to the hidden bunker, I was hoping it rotated, but the one time I got to it and it seems for you as well it was in the same place. To the SW of the map. On a night map you can actually look down into the main room from above on the hilltop as I said.

Anyway. If you want the gear just send me a DM, we can do a swap run.
