It might be naive of me, but I hope Ubisoft goes back to form because they make a lot of games that I like.

Also kind of funny, but it appears Beyond Good and Evil 2 has survived the cuts even though it's been in development for like 15 years.

Ubisoft will never go back to form because they haven’t been good since 2004 - that’s 22 years. Anyone that worked for them that knew anything are either dead or retired. Only one that knows their ass from a hole in the ground is H Heian but he’s only one guy.

There is ZERO talent coming in from this latest generation of morons across all industries. 22-30 year olds who expect instant 200k salaries without any experience or skill sets - and the game industry is dead last as a target even for the misfit generation as it’s filled with 90% Marxist revolutionaries complaining about 40 hour work weeks and no union while blowing 6000% passed budgets because of creative and technical ineptitude. We will be lucky to get three very solid games per year if we are lucky out of any AAA company. Everything else we like will be indie.

Yall blame too many blue-haired people, when really it's just the youngins can't think critically for shit. Not too mention they can't survey to see what whales like (boobs, gore, good shit talking, no forced gender roles). If Ubisoft ever makes another good game, I'll eat my hat.
