Good luck with that too. When they gave you a promo code for the EA store last year, it worked on everything BUT BF3 premium.
First Origin game I've ever bought and tried to play. Nearly 2 hours later and I can't get this fucking game to install after trying every single thing people mention to try on forums. Now I see why people rage on this piece of fucking garbage Origin. What a joke, what is this 1990?
Not to be "That Guy' but I have never experienced a problem with Origin or my games library. Did you contact their support?

Just went through about half an hour with support and their solution is to delete the BF4 file and redownload the whole game again because files may have been corrupted. So yeah, this is pretty funny. Gonna try that and if it doesn't work just get my money back.

But the good news for me anyway: The hitching seems to be server specific. I'll turn and pause for 1-2 seconds; Yea that kills you...
Then I joined a 64 Rush server, and was hitch free (until I crashed in 5 minutes). I'm also happy I got Battlelog working on my 2nd PC. I was going to dual monitor it, but it dropped my FPS 50%. 2nd computer it is then!

No shit, that gun is awful. It feels like it is worse in release than beta but that is probably due to the fact siege has a lot of close range fights whereas most of the maps end up being midrange fights.

Yeah that thing is fucking awful. That might be the worst starting weapon in BF history.
I need to find a way to change the fullscreen gamma. Borderless crashes on me and full screen doesn't use my desktop gamma settings.

I pirated this to see if I have the same audio/frame hitch I had in 3 that makes it nigh unplayable, and, indeed, I do. So that got deleted.
It's not like my system can't handle modern 3d games. I can play literally every other shooter, but regardless of settings BF3/4 have an inconsistent hitching issue for me. I've googled it and never seen a DICE response to it, but the people with this issue seem very rare. Ah well.
