I mean they hire the COD producer or whatever the fuck, what do you expect? They want to turn the BF into the new and better COD, now with destruction and tanks in COD sized maps. They literally used like 3/4 of all of EA to make this too.

Game def runs like butter. And a pretty smooth launch vs BF4. remember that shit? we had laaag and rubber banding for a week or two.

Hmm gonna be around ~100 hours when that "well i'm bored now" hits. Sadly don't see anything on their roadmap that would make me excited, only somewhat interesting is the ice map in December I think it is? I see nothing about a solo queue BR, how is that not a priority.

I don't really like this style of drip fed content(trying to keep people playing longer). Just give me all the DLC at once, even if its months to year later. Matches how I play these FPS games better.

Also let me map spotting to a completely separate key on its own. That fact its tied to ping drives me insane.

The next COD comes out in two weeks. The player base for this game is going to take a nose dive. It'll be Arc Raiders that takes some, and COD will take a ton more.

Probably, considering all the little clips i've seen of CoD players whining about this and that in BF6. The amount of "I can't stand dying to a jet, helo, tank" is crazy, given that is what the series is all about. I have zero interest in CoD these days. Arc raiders though does look interesting.

I don't think EA cares, they sold how many copies already(7million or something that first week)? And then on top all the people that just paid for a month of their Subscription. They should be more worried how to get people to buy it later who didn't at launch.

No one needs to buy it. People will only care about BR soon enough and EA will take in money for that.

Does the 500k steam chart include the free 2 play version?

I was wondering why the numbers were so high and a buddy told me you can download a f2p version with 3 different game modes. I played a little tonight. Thought it sucked. No way would I buy this garbage.
