i thought about subbing for a year but the only EA games coming out next year are all the shitty sports games (madden, FC, nhl, etc) that i don't give a fuck about

I understand that's 17 dollars, but if I have to buy the game at 70 (Which I think is a ludicrous price) they get even more money from me. They have burned all their good will with me on the last two Battlefield games. I can wait to see if it's good before giving them cash.

Idiot boneheaded decision number 1. You should not be placed into a queue until you select multiplayer. There is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to play the campaign and check out your performance settings in single player right off the jump. Instead right in boot before any selections you are placed immediately in queue.

7800X3D 5080 GTX - 100 FPS on Overkill settings 4k DLSS Quality no frame gen.
Holy fuck the game looks and runs great in initial single player just to check it out.
Will have more time to play later - EA App fucking sucks. IN game the EA App popped a window in the lower right hand corner "Play Battlefield 6 now!" Yeah no shit, I am. And I couldn't dismiss the message and then the app closed and knocked me out of the game.
