Best/Most Surprising Games of 2012 - Rerolled

1) I know Dark Souls came out in 2011, but I didn't play it until 2012 and it is probably one of my favorite games of all time. If I had to pick a game that was released in 2012 right now I'd have to say Farcry 3.

2) The WiiU in general. After the Wii I didn't have any hopes at all for the WiiU, but after playing it and buying one, I have played it almost every night since it's release. Just got 100% completion in NSMBU.
