I couldn't find an existing bike thread, feel free to delete/merge if there is one
i have an old mountain bike, 26", maybe 10 years old. I think it's time for a new one, still woks but a new bike would motivate me to ride more regularly.
though i ride on the street or paths more than trails, i still prefer getting another mountain bike so i can do both. i'm not planning on doing any bike/triathalons
I went to my local bike shop to get new shoes and looked at the bikes. there's 27.5" bikes now. last i looked there was only 26 & 29s. when i try to look up anything online, reviews seem to jump a lot between $500 and $5000 models. i can't find anything to really help me pick between the 3 sizes. i'm 6', 210 if that matters.
