Very possible this ends of being just like May. Feels different to me than May did, but you're not supposed to go on "feels" so 🤷

Quick update, a while back I posted some autists tracking of when relative to a cycle high BTC prints it's cycle low and it was suspiciously timed, but actually predicted that TODAY would be the day of the current bear market's low. Obviously it was off by a bit...

With all the FUD around AI hacking bitcoin, I always thought it was funny there wasn't any FUD around AI breaking the 256bit single line of defense banks use.

Bitcoin is inifinite blocks of encryption, while banks just use a single line of defense for the entire ledger lol.
Who insures my crypto against theft?

This is starting to make me think we just aren't technologically ready to do something like a real crypto ecosystem securely outside cold storage ownership yet. And by the time we are the government will own everything needed to do it so it won't be able to deliver on all those lovely idealistic hippy things people seem to ascribe to crypto.

Bitcoin, used as designed, is still working perfectly. The issue is all the shortcuts we built on top of it are being compromised. This all sucks and it's definitely hard to determine what's actually safe for holding. I've been wrong about a few things I thought were rock-solid and I'm definitely not alone

IMO Bitcoin ends up surviving this with no major issues and everything we've built on top of it gets dramatically stronger as a result of all of this. It's a storm to weather, if you can manage to keep hold of what you own. No denying it's brutal right now but price is holding fast for a reason despite it all.

This part I agree with, 90% of my holdings are in my self custody wallet as BTC.
