Ah, this is the one A24 dropped and Bleeker St picked up. Forgot about that until the Bleeker logo popped up. Could be interesting to watch.

Predictable right from Act 1, no surprises.

Director borrowed some stuff from Funny Games 2007 shot for shot. I was suspicious of the scene where they are bound on the couch and doing the spiel. Then one of the characters had a hurt leg as a plot device, "I can't run my legs hurt" Which is something taken from Funny Games in Act 3.

I see why A24 dropped it. Not clever at all. I'd give it a 6/10 as a B movie only because it's been awhile since one of these types of movies has been made, and it had standard nudity which is bold in modern film. Otherwise I'd go down to a 5/10 on it. Act 1 and 2 were a decent ride for what it is. Would never recommend it to anyone-- and the reason is Act 3 was garbage.
