Recommend settings, 9800x3d rtx5090 and ~60 fps is just fucking wild. Even at 1440 its bad.

I'm using an NVIDIA 3080 with 10g of display memory on a Falcon-NW PC that is granted a little older but should still be perfectly fine I would think. Everything is smooth except that I crash once every hour to desktop. It was happening in PoE 2 but changing to Vulkan fixed my issues there. I have a feeling the issue may be similar but not sure what to do. I've done everything they suggest. Verify files, turn off overlays, reinstall redistributables, running as admin, cleared the cache etc., Still once an hour..like clockwork.

I pushed the settings to "Badass" using DLAA and Frame Gen, every other setting at max, in 1440p with fps capped at 120. Runs great. I do notice that fps drops to like 50 while in menus, which I think is due to framegen not doing anything at that time. No idea why people with better hardware would have worse performance. The does forget my settings after I exit, when I come back its still on Badass, but DLSS/Balanced, with some settings at High or Medium.
Question. I spent a bit of time farming the first boss (Splashzone) and got two of the legendaries I wanted, but while farming I noticed I picked up about 5 other gold "things"... no idea what they are. They weren't the yellow cash, as they were gold and shaped differently.

I've only got a 1080p monitor and running a 7800x3d with a 9070xt and 64gb ram. It shreds the game except in those cut scenes that studders like it's got a speech impediment and there's something in the 2nd bad guys fort that just makes the game skip like I'm running a 1060.
Game ain't woke, yet. I'm sure there's some stuff deeper in they just can't help themselves.

Had major issues with 14700k and 4070 at start. Updated to the Sep 10th driver and switched some settings around (screen capture quality to low, specifically) and I've had 0 issues now. I had MAJOR stutter issues though before I did that with constant 30fps or worse drops. It seemed to be rendering in things in the distance constantly even during cutscenes or some weird shit.

This game is definitely not hard enough to be looking up videos like that on day 1. That's some shit you look up 6 days in when you're farming legendary drops. Anyone clicking that shit this early is just going to ruin the fun factor of the early game and finding cool stuff.
