Didn't they say it was on PS5? I'm assuming they were using a very low sensitivity, which can definitely make things feel slower. Either way, fuck this game, don't give Pitchford your money.

Thing that CONSTANTLY blows me away is these businesses don't have someone come into office and do a "Sponsored Play" or something where they just tell them, "Hey, do the main story only, you won't even be mic'd up, we are going to add some HR friendly audio banter in post."

yeah i was all excited to play BL3 since I sunk so many hours into BL2 with my brother, even bought the $100 gold edition or whatever and was all hyped to play a new game on my new gaming PC way back in 2019. it was exclusively on epic store too so it was a real "goddamn i gotta do this shit?" moment.
played for like 4-5 hours and it was just worse and worse every hour, at a certain point i realized i was literally hating every second in the game, uninstalled, and never touched it again. only game I've ever actually paid for on the epic store

BL3 was pretty mediocre. It only had a handful of good weapons, which they nerfed. Nerfing weapons in a single player game such a numb thing to do. The rest were trash. 1 billion weapons and they all sucked. Can't remember of there were any farmable weapons or not. Game development was halted at one point, and it's pretty obvious about halfway through, when it starts to feel like a completely different dev team went to work on it.

TTW was a great game, until you hit end game and it fell apart.
I hope this game exceeds expectations, but we all know it's going to be total smashed ass recycled dog shit.

Yeah this. There are very few games even worth doing "for the story". Borderlands has never been one of them.
The shooting and leveling are always good, and Handsome Jack is usually amusing.

People mistake Handsome Jack being a great character with BL2 having a great story. Can't argue the villain wasn't a massive downgrade, though. It's like they thought people like him because he was cocky, so if they make the new villains cocky they'll be great too.
Gameplay wise the biggest issue was the classes were all lame and they never added any new ones
