The owner of said dummy would call them "terrorists".

The potential here is endless. We really need to get the local PD to pose a scene where they're arresting him, then pulls a gun on him for "resisting".

He visited Jamaica and ran into a guy who worked at a manufacturing facility. He ordered one for lulz, didn't even know it'd be black. The baby he got from another source in the US. They're not exactly cheap, either, but that's the price of comedy.
