He's playing the gacha mmo shit that released last week too but yeah his opinion is worth fucking nothing.
Game looks fine though, nothing groundbreaking even though that video that showed the features had like a billion of them, it was just the same old, but combat looked rather decent, art looks solid so just need to see if they backtrack on all the no P2W shit or if that just means they're going to sell "convenience" out of the ass BDO style with like pets gathering shit for you, inventory slot, inventory weight, bank slots, worker slots and so on. Still pretty interested. They haven't yet shown the classes I'd usually be more interested in either(there's a caster and paladin).

He's one of my most hated streamers/YouTube personalities, because he's always just floating whichever way the wind blows to make money, and a HUUUGE coattail rider. None of his opinions are ever really genuine.

I can't stand the way he talks; sounds like he is always stuffed up and copies speech mannerism from like XqC and Stoopz.
Anyway, the more I see of this game the less interesting it looks, tbh. Low budget, but it has a good art design, but just low quality if that makes sense. Hoepfully I'll get to check it out later this month in their play test. The game could play a lot better than it has looked via these gameplay vids.

Same, seems very close to New World in terms of of Combat, Crafting, UI, and System design. Now I liked New World, but wish the endgame and content was better. From what I've seen from Chrono-Odyssey it looks empty and uninspired, so unless they are hiding 75% of the content at this point it doesn't look promising. Plus nothing about this looks like an MMO or a sandbox MMO, people don't even understand words anymore. It seems like a single player game with multiplayer in some game modes.

Oof, this game is in a rough state. I really, really hope they hire a bunch more animators / coders and spend another year or so on polishing this. No DLSS support. Performance on "Epic" settings with a 5070ti is smooth enough, upping it to "Cinematic" tanks it though. Comparing this to another recent game, Vindictus Defying Fate; VDF wins in every way, hopefully because of dev team size and dev time.
Started with the only Ranged "class" which has access to Bow, Crossbow and Rapier. Bow sucks as you'll miss a lot of your shots since Lock On is separate from the target reticle. The Crossbow is a lot better in that regard for some reason, so I've mainly been using that. Combat, and all other animations are janky af. Controller support is alright.
