I now want a game like Tropico/Civ where you play a 3rd world country and your goal is to get as many people immigrated into the US as possible and make money on NGOs, bribes and remits. You could have special caravans, drop off criminals when the president isn't looking, etc.
But I'd be worried it would be too easy.
