Decided to finish the game, rather than running around the open world getting smashed most of the time. Luckily the problems I had in the open world didn't carry over to the last section of the Story. Great ending fight sequences, and great final. Very well made game.

Saw a streamer using Sciel and Maelle, with Maelle popping off 1.5mil dmg from one multi-hit attack, haha. I got a long way to hit that much, though Lune did manage 200k+.

I assume you can still continue the game without going into NG+? i kind of want to just go finish it and then finish up the other shit later, although i do want to finish the damn serphentene thing in the sky

I've been humming this banger for the past 3 days. One of the best OSTs ever. When I hear that track 20 years from now it's going to bring back great memories, similar to Tristram's Song, The Faunts at the end of Mass Effect, etc.

I believe so. The last save I saw was well before the final encounter.

I keep seeing videos of characters doing like 8 million a hit with multiple hits, i need more Lumina good lord

Regarding Steam Deck, I saw a video that added some launch command on starting the game so you get more graphic options available. He got it to about 30fps and not looking like a PS1 game with all the downscaling shit.

most often its best to check protondb it generally has how to optimize the game, i haven't tried it on my deck yet though and probably wont but usually i check this shit over the actual steamdeck verified icons lol

Do it. Game moves much faster in Act 3. Like, physically. You move faster.

Is there timing to the Gradient Parry? I seem to fail it randomly. Sometimes I press it right away and it works and sometimes it fails.

It feels more like a dodge window than a parry window most of the time. Like every other attack though it's mostly about memorizing and recognizing the tells.

Gradient Parry's window is probably even bigger than dodge, you usually have a massive window to counter the timing

I guess i need to finish the story tonight so i can start farming the fuck out of lumina, need to hit this hard
