No, Colony has no connection and shares no universe with Train to Busan. Same director and similar outbreak premise, but it looks more like a standalone “spiritual cousin.”
It still has that Train to Busan intensity, but with more of a biological mystery angle and even a light Resident Evil style evolution concept where the infected may mutate or change over time.
