Ugh...

What a disaster. One of DC's more interesting characters gets the movie/video/TV shaft yet again...

Granted, I did LOVE the Keanu Reeves film despite its molestation of the source material. The 2014 TV show with Matt Ryan was pretty damn good. So, of course, that got cancelled. Then a few simple animated movies (all, way too simple and cheesy) followed by a short lived (hint hint) role in "Legends of Tomorrow."

Now this resurrection of Constantine, once again played by Matt Ryan. He was the best and truest adaptation of the comic book character, for certain. He's back in a fairly horribly-animated, simplistic 30-minute "movie" with a shocking twist ending that is just plain dumb.

So sad... Poor John Constantine truly is cursed.
