We are fairly desperate for CRM software. I'm looking at SugarCRM right now, but I'd like to have recommendations.

I have a few problems with salesforce, however it's still an option.
1. price
2. you can't connect one contact to multiple companies. You'd have to create a new contact for each company, even if it's the same person.
