Goltez I can"t come up with a way to say it simpler.

Ok look a nine year old clearly is to young to concent to sex and to young to be charged with murder. Why because they are plain to stupid to be held responsible for either.

A 18 year old is old enough to be charged with murder or any crime because they are smart enough to know what they are doing. They are also smart enough to concent to sex.

In between 9 and 18 there is a resonable age where you turn from being to stupid to do anything to being smart enough to be held responsible for your actions.

My position is that that resonable age is the same. You become smart enough to both be charged with a crime and consent to sex becuase you are a resonable age.

My position is that it is wrong to charge a 15 year old male with murder because he is smart enought o know what he is doing but not allow him to consent to sex.

Lets put it a bit different.

If a 15 year old female is to nieve or stupid to concent to sex can you charge her with a sex crime for having sex with an 11 year old boy?

I am talking about changing the laws to make sex with 15 year olds legal (as it is in many contries and its 16 in alaska). Im not concered about younger and could really care less.

Um, because would you rather have a 15 year old freely killing people on the streets or a horny 15 year old that should be rejected by any respectable adult, especially one over 30.

Not to mention it"s illegal, your arrogance and ignorance isn"t going to change that. I don"t want to ask this question to you because i"m afraid you have a uncivilized moral standing, but if you had a daughter (I hope to god you haven"t procreated.) would you want a 30 year old dude to sleep with her when she was 15 (Or anyone for that matter)? One of the main reasons why a lot of states have 18 as sexual age of consent is because most of their legal obligations fall on the parents. The parents are their keeper and they figure they should experience life more to fully understand the responsibilities of life and what to do when they meet a creepy son of a bitch as yourself.

Being an adult you should be responsible enough to obey the law and respect the fact that the girl is 15.
