Yeah it's probably faster to farm the act4 warden first then fill what you need with the other wardens. Act3 warden has the fucking annoying event everytime(unless he spawns before it but it's not often), act2 area is pretty fucking big and act1 is relatively big too.

I find the Act1 Warden the absolute worst since he just kites you across the entire fucking zone. He is a grade A cock gobbler.

Also, the act 2 warden is a mess on HC, since spinreflect is easily the most dangerous ability to a well geared character. Not having to deal with that is a good thing.

For those asking about money here is a snippet about the updated gem costs. Also rerolling an item (unless its changed in the last week) per a blue post was 40/50/60/70/100 or something along those lines, nothing insane or crazy for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd reroll etc.

Reaper of Souls gem upgrade prices:

Marquise Gems - Drop freely.
Imperial Gems - 3 Marquise + 200k gold. (This level of gem occasionally drops in Master and above. For every one you find subtract 3 Marquise and 200k from the costs for higher level gems.)
Flawless Imperial Gems - 3 Imperial Gems + 1 Death's Breath + 300k gold (cumulative cost: 900k, 1 DB, 9 Marquise gems)
Royal Gems - 3 Imperial Gems + 1 Death's Breath + 400k (cumulative cost 3.1m, 3 DB, 27 Marquise, .)
Flawless Royal Gems - 3 Royal Gems + 500k + 1 DB (Cumulative cost: 9.8m, 81 Marquise, 9 Death's Breath.)

The highest level gem in RoS requires 9.8m and 81 Marquise gems, or a bit less if you find some Imperials. That's not a lot, especially compared to D3v's gem cost and quantities. Over the last couple of months of the RoS beta I accumulated several hundred of each type of Marquise gem, literally 300-500 of each, and picked up 1-2m gold per hour of playtime on Torment 1. There's no Auction House and gems are all soul bound so you've got to find them yourself, but the system is designed for an average player to be able to trick out their main character with half a dozen Flawless Royal gems after a few months of play time.

One additional detail; towards the end of the Beta the devs began moving gems into the crafting and enchanting costs. Lots of the better legendary/set crafting recipes required 1 Flawless Royal Gem, which was much too expensive in the opinions of every fan I talked to, and which the devs said was subject to change.

A more common and more reasonable expense was the price to enchant legendary/set jewelry. That was initially just gold and materials, but near the end of the beta it changed to cost one Flawless Imperial gem, + some materials - but no gold. That gem cost 900k and 9 Marquise to make, which shifts the economy long term, since many players would find Marquise gems, rather than gold the bottleneck to that enchant.

So how is the Crusader shaping up? Pyros mentioned that they are kind of under powered right now?

I just picked the game up after not really playing much at release. Got a level 40 Wizard right now in Master (just killed the butcher). I don't have any money for twinking and apparently nemisis bracers are good? I just got one last night.

Anyway, whats a good source on wizard builds? Kind of curious what people are doing. Pretty much everything I googled tells me Frozen Orb.

Nemesis bracer isn't necessarily good stat wise.. but its nice to have in your inventory to swap on when you find a shrine for extra packs.

As I said I didn't check the last build, and that was a while ago, no one knows "right now" cause they shut down beta like what a month ago or so. Can expect some changes based on internal testing and what not so hard to say. I don't know about underpowered, I said a bit on the weak side but it could be a bit on the average side if you prefer, since it's like weak or strong, not weak, normal and strong. Then again everything is fine with enough gear anyway.

Nemesis bracers are good to at least keep in your inventory and equip before you click shrines to spawn free rare packs.

Helped a friend 2 days ago by clearing his low level 45 Torment VI game with my wiz, open a chest, get a thunderfury, it's level 47 obviously, little rustled.
Some Dude in our clan just came back to the game yesterday, couple games in torment 1, gets a godly rolled Thunderfury.

Fuck.

I'm fairly sure equiped set pieces give you a higher chance of getting more set pieces, at least for the class set. Especially since once I got my Monk set belt and equipped it (even though it worse, just to test for this theory) I've got the BP (which I equipped) and 2 fucking Diabo's (which don't stand a chance in hell of getting equipped, I hope they stop dropping)

Mind giving a quick rundown of all the classes. Which are the best farmers, which seem OP right now etc? Kind of curious what the rundown is.

Get all the chars you want to 60, grind paragons.

Reaper's comin'.

I saw the warrior set with the 4 piece that casts earthquake when you land from leap on a beta stream. Never thought I'd say I wanted to make a barb but that is hard to ignore on the cool scale.

I guess that's a frozen orb build with bonuses to chill/frozen enemies?
With proper area effect damage frozen orb is insane, but lighting builds that just stun everything work too.

Come expansion DH IMO with set gear will be the best, all pets out at once to include bonuses AND sentries shoot your equipped spender...going to be insane.

My opinion is that it goes Wizard > Monk/WD > Barb/DH or so.

Barbs and DH are fine mind you and DH with the right gear is actually higher, but you do need the right gear more so than other classes(krider bow is insane for example and cindercoat is almost equally insane with cluster arrow being so strong atm). Barbs are good at farming CotA if that's your thing(it's a 40secs run where you pop cooldowns and demolish a bunch of white mobs then reset the game, barbs are good cause they have very strong cooldowns for this type of play) but other than that they're meh. Monks have insane lightning synergy which with the amount of great lightning weapons(thunderfury, odyn son, fulminator) makes them very strong and Cyclone Strike utility in groups is basically unrivalled. WD are high tier imo because their damage output is ridiculous and they have really strong team cooldowns too if you want to burn rares and shit. Wizards are currently strongest I'd say because they have high damage and high control.

That's just a personnal opinion though, people might rank shit differently and that depends also on what you do as a player, grouping or soloing is fairly different. That said everything is perfectly viable too, it's not like some classes can't do content x or y or anything, it's just that they might not farm as fast or require more specific gear to perform adequately and such.

On the crusader thing, in my opinion they'd probably be with DH/Barb. That said I don't know about the RoS skills. I know the wizard one is insanely good so they're probably not moving, the WD one is also very good, the monk and barb one I'm not sure about and the DH one is situational, it's a long cooldown so it's great for those repeated reset farming but not so good for long farming.

I have been using this build (which someone shared a few pages back), sorry I used the calculator from memory and hopefully got it right. (*Profiles were down earlier but back up now... see new link below)

I had been using something similar before but was off on an ability or two. I've had great success with it. Awesome to just hold down chain lightening and meter essentially at the same time.

I've levelled a Wizard up to low 40's so far and don't really like it. I'm probably using shitty skills. Does it get better?

I'm at your level and I just use electrocute with the forked lighting run and then disintegrate with the explosion damage rune. Shit just melts.
